So tell me, what ya think lol I personally think that Japanese Ppl are really better in Cosplay... but there are also good non-Asian Cosplayers XD
I still think that Jap ppl Cosplay better though.. >-< nya

I think it depends on the individual a lot, but also the culture. Japan as a whole is a lot more serious about cosplaying then just about any other country, so they are ahead of the game. Right now, it seems that Asians are better but it might not be like that for long.

i think Cosplay is a Japanese urban culture.... i think they're the first to bring cosplay to the world... others just follow it.
for me japanese cosplayer are the best.

Yeah seems like it. But they stress in something pretty while others do it for fun. But the hardest cosplay are always the oversized costumes custom made by the person cosplaying it. No arguments there.

I think they're not better cosplayers. People usually think so, but it's not true. You know, all the pictures of asian cosplayers are from GOOD cosplayers! Someone's are worst cosplayers, but someones are good just like in Europe and America and other places. I live in Finland and cosplay is one of my hobbies. I'm not very good yet but I know so much REALLY GOOD finnish cosplayers. They have wonderful costumes what I or some not-good asian cosplayer can't make. The country you live in dosen't make you better cosplayer!

asians are greta cosplayers but it's not that their asian but it the effort you put into cosplays. For example MAKE UP is a must for more than half cosplays.

well if it's for asian culture clothes like kimono ... it's fit them more than US people... but's not all asian r good ... sometimes US ... it's all depend 2 right n nice clothes... |

But it's logical that Asians are better as they look more like Japanese.
Americans.. don't really look like them, also, they don't exactly like Japan either.
I'm not sure about the Americans' facts.
