I guess its pretty possible..

Well, Ryuuki actually LOVES Shuurei rather than Seiga who seems to wants to ravish her. So I prefer RyuukixShuurei.

Who would want to marry someone that is two faced back stabbing jerk? constantly trying to compete at how is better. I would rather have someone adore me all the time. someone that encourage and not back stabbing. just my of opinion as a girl.

To tell the truth I though about this pairing and after some consideration I think it would be good in some ways. Think about it
to this day (episode) every guy seems to pamper Shurrei even when she does stupid things. Most guys will stick up for their little princess and though she doesn't realize it, even Tan-Tan mentioned how she is weak b/c all the other guys protect her from outside negative people, places, things. Seiga tells Shuurei the honest truth and doesn't hold anything back. I think that is a little bit respectful since he doesn't see her as *fragile* as the other guys. She gets Shuurei to experience new things *like personal anger* which Shuurei's father Shouka even said was good for Shuurei. Seiga understands Shuurei's weaknesses and tests her and treats her as a rival which shows that he in turn considers her good enough to be a rival.
Seiga would be a good match because he treats Shuurei as an equal (which Shuurei is technically always aiming for), the fact that he doesn't nuture or pamper her like a little lady or Princess is good for Shuurei's personality, so I thought this combination might not be so bad. This is all my own opinion anyway

u know at first I really liked ( sakujun ) and ( shuurei ) together ..
but know I want her to stay with ( ryuuki ) cus he really love her .. and will do anything for her ..

i tink they're not a bad couple but then again, there are also better matches than the seigaxshuurei match.

No way! well Seiga maybe good for her in the way Sarah2929 says, but that match is wrong! There isnt that special feeling between them as with Shuurei and Ryuuki. There is just something about Seiga that says "stay away". he is trouble.

seiga and shuurei... hmmm... truth be told, they will be a very interesting pair to watch but because they will be very interesting together, it will be hell on saiunkoku earth. so, no. their personalities will clash and everyone around them will get affected even though there is the saying 'opposites attract'. anyway, seiga is too evil for shuurei.

I think they'd be a great couple, but I'm rooting for Ryuki! He's so adorable. Seiga isn't bishie enough to be so bastardy imo. I think it'd be awesome if he had long hair...although short hair is unique about his character.
Short hair would be good on the childish emperor though.

i don't understand why Ryuuki feels threatened by Seiga the jerk.
"That Seiga dude, he's quite handsome".
I'm like...HUH?!
But from the way I see it, from the anime, he is apparently nuts about her and has no guts to show it.
That's why he said to her in the carriage "why don't you make me like you,
like how you did for Anju-san?"
Poor bastard, I just don't like Seiga.
No female deserves SUCH a GUY.

Here's what i imagine...
if Shuurei end up with Seiga... Ryuuki will be quiet depress...
Seiga will always annoy Shuurei... all day long...
i hate the idea...
i want Shuurei to end up with Ryuuki...
Shuurei should stop playing hard-to-get...Ryuuki might get impatient
and marry someone else...that won't be good

Seiga and Shuurei are too similar (similar jobs, attitudes etc.) and you know what they say, 'opposites attract'. So in that sense, Ryuuki who actually LOVES Shuurei is better suited for Shuurei rather than Seiga who is kind of a side character (he's just helping the story move smoothly) rather than Shuurei who is the main character.

I think back then, men who had long hair were considered fasionable or something (considering pretty much all the men in the anime have long hair except for Seiga.)
