Is Anarchy the best solution for stopping government corruption?

I say a corrupted government could be a result of anarchy, if that makes any sense. We started off fending for ourselves and this was what we got, so doesn't that mean it's possible for such leadership to be part of natural order?

The problem with a perfect democratic govorment, and why they fail as Rome did and as the U.S. Is doing now, is that there is an inherent flaw built in. That is because in a democrocy, everyone's voice must be accounted for. This is great, and works well on a small scale, however, the larger the population grows, the more people have to be heard. That's where representatives come in, unfortunatly power corupts, makes greed and envy, and you still end up with an unfair and bloated goverment. Too many people also means that the certin percentages of those populations that are poor or unable to work grow and grow, while maintaining that percentage, and eventually overburden said goverment. Which is why entitlement programs get out of hand and evetually its a choice between ruination, or socialism. Yes the American dream IS dead, and it's been beat to death by its own people.
