To me it was a chore, and they were just transportation. Almost 10 years ago, one of my older cousins showed me this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pl8gcr6zsg, a year later I attended my first SCCA ProRally event. Nothing has been the same since. Make sure you watch the video with sound.
