Oh, that gotta be my Grand Father and my Uncle, I remember back then when i was about 5 or younger i used to see and help my Grand Father work on his 1972 Datsun 620 Ute. and my Uncle in his 1970 El Camino. after that times pass and the Datsun 620 was handed over to me , i was driving it since i was 12. ofcourse with my Grand Father in it, He used to take me along when he when out to parties or to see friends he got a lil bit drunk and i was the designated Driver. the same thing was going on with my uncle. until my Grand Father bought another pick up truck and then Ute became mine when i was 14. although i was allow to drive only on the weekends. back then i used to mess around with the engine and ofcourse with the help of my uncle since he had vast knowledge about carbs. I remember back and until now, Nothing made me Happier than receiving a set of tools for my Birthday and Christmas. and maybe some toys. Up to today I still have the Ute 620 is in Mint condition, but engine is Seize. Planning on taking a long Vacation soon and take care of that , since the car is currently located At my parent's homeland , which i Grew and Love.

My dad had a car dealership when I was growing up. He used to make me move them around the lot, wash em, and put price stickers on them. That's how I also learned to drive stick shift. I was in 4th or 5th grade at the time.

My father first introduced me to cars at a young age, He used to trick out cars back in the day make hot rods out of cheap or pretty much anything you can scrap up at low cost at a scrap yard so he started to teach me the ins an outs you know grunt work like bring me this or that to get me to learn all the tools at first i thought i was just his running lap dog or something but after i came of a certain age he told me i no longer needed to do that since by know i should know what tools i would need for each job so i only needed to make one trip, he basically said all this was to engrave into you the value of each tool, through experiencing it through your body one can remember the work it took and the burden of forgetting ones tools. After that it was more tedious because i became his replacement in doing odd jobs like changing the oil and stuff mind you at this time i really didn't need a lift on the truck cuz i could sit under it

After I grew older he gave me his 1976 ford custom that he had built its basically a mut but darn thing is cool so been tinkering with cars ever since

Initial D lol... Way back when I was 14 years old. Started researching a lot about cars, a friend of mine worked on his Supra. Now im into car modding and such, we just installed a custom exhaust/intake on my bro's tC. Once I graduate and start working I'll most likely get 3 cars and a bike .
