^ This is a drama thread..
It says "please delete" anyway so don't worry about it. The mods can't delete anything so they have to wait until Shinji arrives to permanently wipe it form the site. That's why a lot of sections still have to "please remove" not under them when they're licensed. Anyway if people really want to watch these eps go PM killar help sub them. Complaining isn't going to get you anywhere if you're not even willing to go leech from their sites. |

^ The answer you want is in the Smile Again summary: http://www.crunchyroll.com/showseries?id=1614
SR (a fansub team) made the request to have this series removed from CR (because their subtitles are used with this series). More info about SR: http://fansub.d-addicts.com/With_S287 Reason for the removal request: they do not want their subtitles hardsubbed to any drama: "as of today, Tuesday 01/30/07, WITH S2 will release only softsubs for ALL EPISODES. Please keep fansubbing alive by NOT reproducing/distributing any hardsubbed episodes from our softsubs on YouTube, DailyMotion, veoh or any other streaming websites/forums/newsgroups/online hosting services such as clubbox, megaupload, sendspace, yousendit, mediafire, etc. , as that would put our team in greater risks." You can: a) go to their site to download videos and their 'soft' subtitles b) find someone who's willing to sub this series and upload to CR |

Wow... but I don't get it why don't they want their subs uploaded on crunchyroll? Is it so we can only get those dramas off them only? but what if there are no seeders? and what happens to the people with really slow dsl like me? I for one, couldn't even finish downloading attention please because it was just taking too long, and I couldn't do anything else if I was downloading. I'd have to leave the computer on for a day to get it done >< Ah well... I was really wanting to watch Kurosagi too... |

Because they don't want to get in legal trouble.
They are okay with having their standalone/soft subtitles freely distributed across the net (with their credits left intact), but not with people burning their subtitles onto videos. A direct video streaming site usually requires a hardsubbed video, and this violates that fansub team's policy. Clarification: Soft subtitles = a standalone subtitle file to accompany a video (like a fake tattoo on skin) Hard subtitles = subtitles burned directly on a video (like a non-removable tattoo on skin) Is it so we can only get those dramas off them only? but what if there are no seeders? and what happens to the people with really slow dsl like me? Raw/unsubtitled videos can be found anywhere. Torrent sites, for instance. If you have slow DSL, your choices are find someone who's willing to upload a video to a free data storage site for you, rent/buy a DVD, or grin and bear with the slow download. There are direct video streaming sites that still haven't taken down some hardsubbed videos, so it's a matter of making an effort of tracking them down. I for one, couldn't even finish downloading attention please because it was just taking too long, and I couldn't do anything else if I was downloading. I'd have to leave the computer on for a day to get it done >< Attention Please! is available at CR, thanks to media mod killar's translation job. Ah well... I was really wanting to watch Kurosagi too... If someone is willing to translate Kurosagi for CR, they can PM killar about joining the CR sub team. More people joining the CR sub team to do translating/timing, better chances for some removed dramas to return to CR. If you can't translate but can help with tracking down raw/unsubtitled videos or anything to aid the CR sub team, PM killar as well. Buy or rent DVDs, or do your best tracking them down by googling. Or check your local library to see if they have it in stock. If there isn't, you can ask them to get it for you. If it's licensed, it's likely they will get it. |

^ You can watch Goong at stage6.divx.com. That's if Stage6 is still slow with their removal of Goong videos.
Edit: Hm, it seems that Stage6 has finally done it. Try veoh.com -- but I'm betting it won't be long before veoh.com is asked to remove Goong as well. |

You guys can probably watch the same good old dramas on youtube. Though the quality won't be as good and it'll be a heck of a lot slower
. On the other hand i would download them instead. |

This is getting sad... Sooner or later all the dramas will have to be taken down... T-T

Actually, the people wanting the videos of off the site (the fansubbers) don't own the rights to the series...they have no legal sway over whether the videos are posted or not..just the use of their translations...make new subtitles and post the vids again.
