Kuma just owned him recently, Smoker, Aokiji beat him before, Kizaru could probably beat him, the weird kid with the axe could beat him, and then the Shichibukai and the Four Emperors, and his grandfather

Heaps of people. More that I can count. I am 100% certain heaps of pirates in the New Worl can beat him. We've seen quite a few already. Like Ace, Dragon, Garp, Smoker. I am pretty sure even the ones we haven't seen Luffy fight can beat him easily like Shanks and Whitebeard, Mihawk, most of the Shichibukai etc.
