well to start off, the 3 admirals and sengoku
Blackbeard and other shichibukai like Jimbei

Whitebeard, Shanks and a bunch of new world pirates
Ace and Dragon

But no one will be able to stop Luffy when he's the Pirate King ;D
Plus Luffy can use Haki now, so hopefully he can use that to beat the crap outta Blackbeard > ;)

eventually noone will be able to beat luffy but currently as he is there are many:
pascifista and the shichibukai Bartholomew Kuma, the guy that made and his bodyguard
Whitebeard and (possibly some of his crew)?

some of these people wouldnt want to fight him so we probably wont know.

there is plently of guy can beat luffy in the new world! but unless they dont do anything to luffy friend, then they can survive a scratch or two, but if they dare to mess around witht he crew, i am sure they will regret it later

Lol there are alot of people who can beat luffy. I mean, luffy isn't invincible. There are too many people with fruit powers that are at a clear advantage over luffy and his power. However once he is able to master haki assuming he can, then he will be on equal footing with everyone.

Haki has it's own level....i'm pretty sure yonkou and admirals have far stronger haki than luffy...BB said that luffy's haki had improved.
