Not feeling alot of them. They seem cluttered and too colorful, almost. I do dig (what I assume is) Signal Auto's car.

I'm sure engine bling has its place, but I don't care much for it. If it's not going to make it faster, why bother? Well there's always the metaphor: "if it don't go, chrome it!"

I think you completely misunderstand tuner terminology of 'engine bling'.

These parts DO make the car go after, because every piece you see that's somewhat shiny or something is actually a new upgrade.

The only time i see "if it don't go, chrome it!" was in an old article in the early 90's LowRider magazines with some guy's pink 93 honda accord. no performance, but only shiny headers, chromed out valve cover, plastic chromed intake pipes, and multicolored wires.

It seems the case here is that I don't share the definition of engine bling with tuners. To me, a part that is for appearance purposes qualifies as engine bling. Like painted or anodized engine parts, colored vacum hoses, aluminum component covers, etc, etc. However, polished turbo piping, aftercoolers, fuel rails and pressure regulators, air intakes, strut tower bars and such, to me, are real performance parts, regardless of their color or shine. But, if installed as eye candy, they're bling. Of course one can always use paint in place of chrome.

Thats a pretty supra. The color is a bit ugly, but its pretty damn good looking.

I don't see the point in making your parts multi colored. I can understand color coordination to a certain point, but a lot of the photos I've seen are extremely tacky. Also having something stand out, while everything else is somewhat the same color is more interesting to me.

Why dont you people post picture of your own cars instead of others you found online? Its pretty pathetic to start a thread about something just to post pictures of somebody elses cars.

Start an intresting thread thats original and about its owners. Not about.."oh this is nice. I want my car to be just like it...." Go out and do it.
