what a freak.

for spitting?

yes.
if he had a cut in his mouth it would have been possible for him to give him the HIV virus as well.

but, if he didn't......
anyway, spitting doesn't require a whole friggin 35 years!

he could have ruined his life. what part of that do you not understand?

i don't understand if he didn't had a cut and all he did was spit, that that would earn him a whole 35 years in prison
thats what.

also, fyi spit alone can't transfer hiv

i spit alone can't
he did it with intensions of spreading it. therefore, assault with a deadly weapon. that's why he got 35 years. and chances are he won't have to serve all those years anyway.

That guy isn't that stupid. If he thought that spit would spread it, he would have spit at anyone and everyone that was mean to him. A deadly weapon? If spit gets into ur eye you wash it. you don't die from that. As for the spit that went into the guy's mouth, people do that ALL the time, kissing. about not serving all the years, he'll have to serve at least 17 1/2 years anyway and trust me, thats a LONG time.

look sweetie, don't attack me just because i don't share the same opinion as you.
you have the right to think that he did nothing wrong and i have the right to think that he deserves what he gave them.
you're not going to change my mind. so why are you arguing with me? what exactly are you trying to accomplish?

WHAT?!?!?! Being Hiv-Positive does not make you gay. It's a condition that anyone can get. In fact more hetero-women have it now than any other group.

And you're a dumb shit.
Calling someone a faggot is more often an insult than actually insinuating that someone's gay.
Get a clue before you start calling people on stupid things.

yes calling someone a "faggot" does insinuate that someone is gay. It's vile history started with burning witches in Europe. A faggot meant a bundle of sticks, so when they called someone that was being burned a faggot, it meant that they were fit to be burned. Countless groups were burned including homesexuals. Now in modern times the term "faggot" has now become a term reserved only for gays. You just don't understand that each insult has a different meaning.

Ignorant and Stupid evenn have different meanings. Look it up!

it is not possible to get HIV thru saliva, it has to be transferred thru blood or sex, so i don't know why it would be considered a weapon

HIV is transmitted via bodily fluids... spit being one of those. It's possible to pass the virus to the policew officer since the man spit in the officer's EYE.

----------------------------------

Kissing

Casual contact through closed-mouth or "social" kissing is not a risk for transmission of HIV. Because of the potential for contact with blood during "French" or open-mouth kissing, CDC recommends against engaging in this activity with a person known to be infected. However, the risk of acquiring HIV during open-mouth kissing is believed to be very low. CDC has investigated only one case of HIV infection that may be attributed to contact with blood during open-mouth kissing.

Saliva, Tears, and Sweat

HIV has been found in saliva and tears in very low quantities from some AIDS patients. It is important to understand that finding a small amount of HIV in a body fluid does not necessarily mean that HIV can be transmitted by that body fluid. HIV has not been recovered from the sweat of HIV-infected persons. Contact with saliva, tears, or sweat has never been shown to result in transmission of HIV.

The probability that there is blood in saliva is very low, unless that guy did bite his mouth open, which would lead to mixture between blood and saliva...it's mainly the infected blood that is the main transmitter of this virus. You can kiss someone, you can drink from the same bottle/glass..the chances are 1% that you might get infected by this contact, but yeah..I wouldn't really risk it..>.>

God, I don't like people who spit around all the time, it's so unhygienic and disgusting...ewww..

Well, I just quoted it general-wise as you had a similar opinion, and I thought it would be good to specify it a bit more, because people tend to go crazy when they hear the words HIV/Aids...>.>
