The fights may be creepy and gorey but the story is jus so emotional at times

Gin from bleach - wtf is up with the eyes and the everlasting smile? He really freaks me out!
Kira/Light from Death Note - He just creeps me out!

School Days, Episode 12. I liked it until I saw Ep12... Buy the game, its much better (but hasn't been translated x_x).

darker than black- same as monster
kara no kyoukai:garden of sinners- its really scary in an awesome way!!
