And dose anyone know why Kakashi cant turn his sharingan off. I mean he can use Mangekyo Sharingan but can't use a regular eye.

If the name is uchiha, then he or she is related to Sasuke. Besides, i haven't saw anyone by that name in the anime so he or she is probably in the manga.

He was mentioned in the manga, as well as in episode 1 of shippuden. Not much is actually known about him. This is why I started this thread, to find out more information. All I have gained are meerly theories and no one actually knows solid facts about this mystery man. I have gained valuble links to really great websites that talk in detail about the various aspects of Naruto.

I think. and Naruto is part of Uchiha clan. And for some reason, Maybe he kyuubi inside Naruto's body, he cant activate his Sharingan. This is what I think. and the fourth did not want Naruto to know his cruel father for some reason, he seal the kyuubi in his body so that he wont track down his past and anything of his father. Thats what I think
