I could've voted for Miyukichan as well. If only she's good in cooking, she'll be a Belldandy clone but no powers.
Kagamisama and Tsukasachan are also cute nevertheless.
Konata should parodise Shana from Shakugan no Shana, they both look very much alike, in the same level Tsukasa looks like Akari from To Heart.
