Duster, MaximumPC and PC Gamer both recommend Vista Home Premium as the version of Vista to go with (if one chooses that route) if you are a gamer...Its got everything that a gamer and/or media freak needs...Plus it costs a heck of a lot less than Ultimate...

Anyways, I probably will try tri-booting (after some research), but like I said, it will likely end up "try" booting...I doubt that Vista and XP will play nice (that is what I am going to research)....

NOTE: The only reason I want Vista is for DX10...Why? Gaming...Games like Crysis and World in Conflict look sooooo much better in DX10...

@xce91: The only thing I could think of would be your internet connection is the cause of your lag or your computer is so damn powerful, your computer warps time/space causing your mates in your clan to be in the past.

Also, it seems like you have the money to spend so why only 667mhz DDR2? Why not go for 800mhz or even 1066mhz? Heck even 1333Mhz? Even go for 1666MHz. Sorry if that was rude to talk about your financial disposition.

Oh yea, xce91, I forgot to add that XP won't fully recognize your 4GB unless it's the 64bit version I believe.

I think DDR2 is becoming the standard memory modules. So DDR is being phased out and so it's going to be more costly to manufacture. That's my opinion.
