I like Demando 'cause he's hot O.O and I like Galaxia 'cause she's the final one...*Manga spoiler* Chaos is actually the final and hardest and the thing (?) who sent out all the other villians.Sailor Chaos is the ultimate (?) form of chaos,and Sailor Cosmos (aka Sailor Moon's final ultimate form) can't beat her...Or she's just lost faith.So she disguises herself as Chibi Chibi (in the manga) and comes to aid and tell Eternal Sailor Moon to destroy the Galaxy Cauldron.

I watched the anime over the course of a few years in large segments at a time so I don't distinctly remember all the villains. I'm a fan of queen barrel though. Episode 40 was one of my faves when all the inner-sailor scouts revived and helped usagi defeat queen barrel as "Carry on" played, it was very heartwarming.
