This is going to be like the guy who is playing Goku in the upcoming movie Dragonball. So sad. I just hope that they don't ruine the story and the movie.

Seriously, I want to hear that actor say his name is Goku with a straight face.

America is nowhere near cool enough to remake Death Note. Japan totally owns America and there's no way we'll be able to make Death Note and have it be just as cool. Especially if Zac Effron actually takes the part of Light. I highly doubt he could pull off a character that dark and manipulative. And then, what about L? Who could we possibly find in America that could play such an unusual and unique character? Ahhhhh, and why does it have to be horror? Death Note isn't scary at all. I can't even begin to imagine how they'd work that out.

( I do have to admit, some of their own, 'THEIR OWN' movies were pretty good, but they just.....they just need to stay away from asian ones...)
