i think its because he maintains the sky a lot, thats actually boring...so u g2 get sleepy....or maybe he's dying of boredom..%_%

if you lay around all day (like when your sick, and like shikamaru does with the clouds) you get tired .. very weird, but shikamaru is too awesome to tell him to jog around konaha a few times
