Very good point, sometimes when I dwell on things for to long they start to scare me. Yes, I know I'm going to die, probably sooner than most. I kind of believe you have a choice were you want to go and what you do when you die. I personally believe in reincarnation. I want to come back and continue to watch how the earth turns out and how the human race evolves and to see if they are still doing stupid things.

Death...In my opinion when we die we are gone, once we lost the ability to think our existance stops and is no more. There is no heaven nor hell, just emptyness. Death is certain, there is no escape; however, that gives all the more reason to appreciate the present and being alive and being able to think and most importantly, being able to feel. Everyone must come to the realiziation that he or she is going to die, whether dying on your feet or on the ground is up to you

you know, i'm actually not scared of death or dying, i'd just be sad of all the missed out future memories and experiences.

To some, death is like a release from the chains of life; not everyone has had a smooth sailing like others. No, I'm not saying that everyone has had a smooth sailing in their lives so far, but you get my point (I'm supposing).

Some people just want to rest, once and for all. The things life and society throws at us now, perfect people, the end of the world, university, jobs, family and things of the sort really stress people out. Perhaps it is a good thing? To some it isn't, like me.

The word itself, 'death', can bring forth a lot of other topics like, 'life', 'afterlife', 'rebirth' and 'what's next?'. Frankly, to me, death brings on the question 'What happens then?'.
Who's going to remember that I died or what I even did with my life? Plus, what about of this 'afterlife' we keep on hearing about? Is it really true? Well, I'm not sure but I really don't want to find out, yet a part of me does.
Though the other part of me believes, as stated before, that when we die, we're just dead. There is no conscious, no mind, no pain, just...nothing. Time stops and never moves, just eternal darkness.

I won't seek out death but I won't run from it when it's inevitable. At that time, I'll accept and possibly even welcome it (depending on my age and health).

oh? well because it is in the ten commandments... "Thou shalt not kill" so if you kill urself u basically did not follow the commandment^~^

to me, death is like going to another place where you can never see your friends and family again...ever

i am not afraid of death. i am afraid of how painful my death might be. i wouldn't mind being poisoned or drowning, but being burned to death would really suck ass.

i am not afraid of death cause were all going to die eventually...i just hope my death is in my sleep rather than being stabbed or starved lol xD

You know Raymay for someone so young your incredibbly wise. I agree we r going to die that is enevitable as it is nature, nothing lasts forever, so instead of worrying about death go out and live your life!!! it's yours so use it!. Now about the painful side of dying i'll admit i don't like pain but i can bear it, i would like to die in my sleep after living a fulfilled life but i can't garauntee thats going to happen. Just live your life till that fated day comes.

I think death is just the beginning =] The only thing I don't like about it, is that it might hurt people who are close to us.

I am absolutely terrified of death, mainly because what happens after it such an uncertainty. I am a Christian so I believe in Heaven and Hell and I fear that I might end up in Hell...
