I agree. Death sentence should be abolished. It does not matter how horrible the crime is. No one has the right to kill someone else.

The Supreme Court declared Wednesday that executions are too severe a punishment for raping children, despite the "years of long anguish" for victims, in a ruling that restricts the death penalty to murder and crimes against the state.

Basically, they've told victims of child rape that they could care less about those who victimized them.

Child rapists destroy any hope the victimized children have of living a normal life; they have, in effect, taken away the life of their victims as effectively as one who literally murders them.

Isn't it sad to see the Supreme Court defending these sick bastards who willingly abuse children for their own twisted pleasure?

not really children are known for their resilience. Im not saying that its not bad or anything, but as long as it happened before peuberty they would be ok

i think it doesnt matter whether it happened before puberty of after puberty... the result is still the same cos the child will have to face with the nightmare... it stick wif them the whole life n the child still have a long way to go in life..

im pretty sure the child is clueless of what the fuck is going on anyway

wow....i'm speechless.....

So am I...you're a moron.

Anyway, that is horrifying and disgusting and just completely wrong. And it indicates that the members of the supreme court are child molesters themselves and they're afraid of the consequences if they get caught. Because seriously, y else would they make that kind of decision? As far as I'm concerned, putting child molesters to death is being beyond kind. They deserve a punishment far worse than death.

having a war in the first place is bad enough.

Why not? Everybody deserves a second chance.

no doubt that everyone deserves a second chance. but is that child given a second chance to " re live " that time that he was being raped? no right? so if that's the case, how can he be allowed one? he robbed the child of his memories, etc of the moment. then he gets a second chance? what's this man.

So just one wrong mistake and thats it? You dont get another chance to make up for what you did?
Instead of giving them the death sentence, why not give them a chance to redeem themselves?

Even if this is a joke, you are a disgusting jerk and should have the death penalty sentenced upon you for saying such a thing.
