This may be an old question, but I'm sure this is the way it goes. Trade with another game for a pokemon with Cut and skip the S.S. Anne since that's where you get the Cut item, and you already have it if you traded. Anyways later on achieve Surf go in the dock area, enter S.S. Anne port thingy, surf to the right,

ummm..... I bought Tales of the World for my PSP and the font is always cut off! returned the game and bought a new one...and the problem still happens.. checked the options and there's no screen adjustment...it can't be my PSP because all my other games work perfectly....please help

Um, I'm playing Paper Mario and currently on the last "level" I've already done the 100 dungeons or whatever its called once and know I have to do it again, this time its the one where the enemy is just black. It takes forever to get through it >.< Is there any way to get pass it without actually doing it?

You're talking about Super Paper Mario for the Wii, right? I'm guessing this is the Pit of 100 Trials on the Flopside side of Flipside... if that makes any sense. You can't get through without doing all 100 levels... well, unless you can find some of those guys that you pay to go to a lower level.

It doesn't take all that long to get through, though. I think I got through in about a half hour. I think you get different treasures the second time through, though. (They're mostly/all cards)

^Gamefaqs does cover a huge variety of games, but they don't always have the specific answers you're looking for. Also, since they're written by people, they're certainly prone to mistakes... not that asking random people for tips isn't. One last thing is that the guides might not be finished there, like for newer games.

Well, although it only covers the Playstation systems, Psxextreme.com is where I get help that I can't find on Gamefaqs.com.
