I'll wait to pass judgement till the game actually gets released. Just from the game play vids it doesn't look like that big of an improvement from the second. I'm more curious on if they are going to handle they online servers better than they did with I/II. Didn't take very long after release for it to be filled with hacks/dupes, even with all the patches they put in to remove/reduce those problems it really didn't change anything.
Lol there is a huge difference between 2 and 3. If you watched the game-play video, you notice that the graphics and colors are more solid, and you can change you view a bit. Also the skill animation looks bad-ass compared to Diablo 2.
Huge difference? After more than 5 years there better be a difference in graphics term.
In all honesty it's not even beta graphics so I'm going to point that the graphics are not up to par of what the Diablo community wishes it to be. We all remember the dungeons to be filled with raped/desecrated corpses and we have yet to see that. What I'm hoping is they work a little more on the dungeon designing because D2 I'd get lost for hours with my friends; specially Tal'Raasha runs.

If you ever feel like trying a Diablo game before Diablo III, I recommend Diablo II. A lot more people play it (Until D3 comes out) It's a simple, yet fun game. And I don't think Diablo I has Battle net...
So yeah, my persuasion might not be the best, but it was worth a shot =P. The only reason why I stopped playing after a few years, is because after you completed everything, and tried every build, things just got to repetitive for me. But, that's just me.
Oh yeah, one last thing. Wasn't sure if you were aware of it or not, but you have to buy the game from a store... somewhere. (It's like 20 dollars)
