It's totally fine and i'm with it. I wont mind dating a guy like that... it shows he cares about his appearance or style. If he looks good in make up then all the better.
Afterall, makeup on guys doesnt make them gay, just like girls who refuse to put on make up doesnt make them any more lesbian.
