Lets say I watch the episode before heaps of other ppl.

Spoilers are usually considered non-spoilers after a period of 3 episodes... usually

OK spoilers mean like the bleach manga, it is over the episodes many many time so it is a spoiler.

No i am not gonna make a thread for every episode. This thread is use for the latest episode example now is bleach 116.

latest bleach ep was just a build up but twas funny. nice to see everyone gather together though. but i kinda miss byakuya lol
and aizen's surprisingly hawt! yum-ness

so they can "smell" hollows now? i thought they could only sense.

Please don't make a new thread for each episode. Title the thread something like "Latest Bleach Episode discussion" and when new ones come out the conversation with continue to the next episode.

Sorry i think is my grammar mistake but Current Episode and Latest not the same meaning.

but i havent watch bleach 116 yet and if someone discuss bleach 116 wouldnt it be a spoiler for me?

All I have to say is the scene in 116 where Rangiku tickled the crap (not literally) out of Orohime was freakin' hilarious, I was ROTFLMAO.
