In all honesty, I don't mind the advertisements because that's how all free sites manage to get by, plus for all we know some of the drawings may be very cool. But when fees become a requirement for something that is not copyrighted in US or where ever your home country is, and the wordings are misconstrued, that's where I draw the line.
If it was payment, that would be illegal.... And if you had any friends, they would of told you to torrent it from isohunt.com or watch it at veoh.com.
If an agreement is made with the mother company, CR can't be sued even when copyright is made later on.
To Shinji: Would be a better idea to keep the free anime sections in one group and create a second group where you're making a deal with the animation companies, that way it will be up to the people to decide whether they want to pay to watch. Just remember, fansubs usually only take a week or two to come out after airing. I can already find stuff on the internet that you require 'donation'
