You get to lay on clouds and play a harp.
If that's not bliss I don't know what is.

i wonder if heaven is really boring...i think eternal happiness is different from boredom...they used the term "happiness" in the bible right?...or am i wrong? .....my idea of heaven is...having inner peace...for me, that's true bliss. i dont consider worldly splendor as happiness really ...if it is happiness, i guess i'll just call it 'temporary' (and it's not just cuz it can be taken away, but cuz at the end of the day, it's not what i really need)
but i cant say for sure if heaven really exists....but if what's promised in the bible is true (im a christian btw), im hoping the happiness that's said to be found in heaven is exactly what i imagine it to be

If you are talking about suicides then its a bad thing to go to heaven from a one's own murder.

God is in Heaven. We can experience the strongest eternal love for all eternity. We will have mansions in heaven, and will be re united with friends and family who have gone on before us (if they were saved) The alternative is hell, and idk why someone would want to experience eternal punishment and seperation.

I'm talking about death in general. No one ever seems to look forward to it if they believe in a higher power. :B

There is a group who look forward to it, those who die for their belief of God or God in culture.
In todays culture we call them a small group of Muslims. Like those who did 9/11.

Something believed in faith is not a waste of life more important if the person believes they have nothing to look forward to in this mortal flesh.

Uh... believing in killing yourself for something you don't even know exists? Yeah, a waste. :B

And they don't think they have anything to look forward to because they're blinded by faith. Free Will has lost its meaning in the world of todday.

If there was no free will those people would not exist, everybody would believe and serve in somekind of God.

sulla: unless there is no god. Or it is not powerful enough to erase free will. Or simply, and if god was to exist I would conclude this, it does not want people to. If god is powerful enough to erase free will, it must mean that it does not want to. Otherwise it would just do so. Whatever the agenda it has, it must boil down to this. Because, if we are to assume that free will is very important to god, then we have many illogical irregularities. For instance, no prophets should be called. The world should not been flooded. There should be no pact. There should be no judgement day. There should be no hell. Et cetera.
