I can't pick anyone from the list...I don't hate them. I even kind of like Minami. Sure she is wicked and the evil in person but I never felt any hate towards her. It's more like I'm impressed by her. She is so good at manipulating and acting!
And then there is Sako...he is one psychopath! Oh god...but in the end I pity him, I think he turned that way because of his father...god, no father should treat his children like that! He's just putting all his frustation on his son to relieve stress! That's unforgivable.
The ones I really hate are that principal and Shiiba's classmates. The principal was trying to cover up everthing and do as if nothing ever happened. Hallo? You are the principal, you should care about your students!
And then these classmates... Sure most of them didn't take activly part in the bullying. But laughing and doing nothing is worse! Especially those "friends" of Minami are *****. First they help Minami bully Shiiba and then as the cards are turned, they just change sides and bully Minami back? I was like, what the hell? They are the ones who make bullying possible... 
OMCereal u r right... after rewatching the show i felt this way too. well said.

Everyone has done bad stuffs in the serie but of course like everyone I hate Manami most..
But I love the kinda boy.ish girl who is one of Manami's friends and her trust to Manami lasted the longest^^

I agree with yingla87. I can't pick anyone on that list..
Honestly, I don't think I've actually hated a character until watching this.
Strongly disliked some? Yeah, but never to the point where I was like WTF?!
Their homeroom teacher Toda Wakae was so oblivious to EVERYTHING.
She just assumed everything was fine and dandy,
But only until it affected her, she reacted in a way that didn't even help.
When Ayumu came to her and she just let it go,
I thought: SERIOUSLY WOMAN?! WHAT KIND OF TEACHER ARE YOU?!
Although I guess she made up for it in the end.. Kind of maybe..
And how old are the teachers, really? Ignoring little Hiraoka Masako's pleas?!
Then pretty much doing the same thing the students were doing?
This drama definitely made me think.

Although I agree that Manami was the cruelest girl I have ever seen and I know she is meant to be portrayed as
the main bully but I saw a bit of badness in her, Ayumu, Sako and Hiro.
Manami was the ring leader and the head of the pack of bullies, getting into Hiro's head just to save her own skin and
even manipulating her own father to get what she wanted.
Ayumu wasn't rotton to the core but i still think she was wrong to sell Hiro out that lunchtime.
Sako because he was a sadist perverted person with a lot of problems. I hated the way he constantly tortured poor Ayumu.
I really dislike Hiro. I understand she's been through a lot of bullying but she didn't have to take everything out on Ayumu. I know that Ayumu did wrong by selling her out that lunchtime but that doesn't give her the right to treat her like a piece of filth!

MANAMI wins hands down!!.
I couldnt stand her in the Manga,
&& I sure as heck can't stand her in the drama.
Even though SAKO the creepy pervo freak, is way worse.
I just couldnt stand Manami, because she wasnt a true friend.
Seriously, true friends arent supposed to be like that.
Plus she was just one of those girls who acted like a spoilt little brat.

i hate manami more than sako, but i still strongly dislike him.
and i can't stand hirose. she knows what it's like to be bullied. then she goes and makes friends with the people that bullied her. and then she bullies the person who was unfriendly to her. but even if ayumu ignored her at first, that doesn't give hirose any right to bully her back.
and there's one of manami's friend that annoys me so much. she's one of the more active ones, with the long black hair, half tied up. i can't stand her at all either.
also, the teacher, ms. toda is just so ignorant!
i know, too much hate =X
EDIT: nvm. i just hate manami way more than anyone else. SHE CAN DIE!

I hated Hiro in the first few episodes but I liked her later ,but I hate Manami ,Sako-kun ,and Midori alot MORE ! ! ! ! ! ! And to think everything happened because of one little mis-understanding ALL THANKS TO HIRO ! ! ! ! If she had not made it seem liked Sako and Ayumu were going out (which there weren't ! ! !) all that mess between Ayumu and Manami would have never happened,they would still be friends, but nothing would be solved if they were still friends,AND besides,Manami wasn't a real frient to begin with ! ! GEEZZ Hiro ! ! ! why would you do that to poor ayumu just so you won't be bullied,so you can be friends with those fake whores,You should have NEVER been friends again with manami anyway ! ! ! ! and ONCE AGIAN IN RETURN she bullied you all over agian ! ! ! you should have never trusted her in the first place if she was gonna do that to you again. And you deciced to make your way and jumed off the school building!!! You should have never trusted her !!!!!!

"taiyou_no_namida" your right .Yes Ayumu was wrong to dis Hiro like that,but she shouldn't have never retaliate on ayumu,of course ayumu did one bad thing to her,but hiro did alot of worse things to ayumu.I HATE BULLYING !!!!!
