I could sub, but that would take time for me, because I'm having difficulties importing the video on the movie maker. Plus, most Filipino Dramas are 50 + episodes. I can't really put time on subbing them, since I don't have that much free time.

I'll try though! I'm starting to find some short ones, and try translating them.

I agree that the Philippines /should/ be considered as one of the countries with "Asian dramas" because of all of our teleserye.
However, Filipino dramas are just too dramatic sometimes.
As some people already said, most people really don't want to bawl their eyes out every episodes.

The demography of most Asian dramas are teens, young adults if your prefer. The Filipino teleseryes I remember when I was still in the Philippines are focused on adult situations and family matters. I can't even think of a Filipino drama that involved around the sweet fluff concerning teenage matters other asian dramas include.

I guess we could just sub Filipino movies?

it is good. esp the 1st one.

True, Filipino dramas tend to be long, esp since it only airs on tv like 30 mins with commercials, so it's like only 15-20 mins of air time a day. but at least, it's not as long as before that it took years(yes, plural) to finish. well, at least now, it only takes 4-5 months.

I also recommend the series, hiram. Am willing to sub, but i don't know how.

yeah!!! yeah you're right....filipino movies are so much better than dramas.... Filipino movies are flooded with teen/ lovey-dovey/ gradually falling in love scenes....

and of course the teen love teams that goes with the stories....

now that makes me remember of john/heart, maja/john wayne, bea/john lloyd, rayver/shaina.....

hey we can even show Manay Po here.....hahahahah....jst joking....
