Er Cun Xi definitely.
Though it is true that Dylan is good towards Xin Yi for the whole show, made her confident, changed her life, but I guess I would call this great friendship. Love as expressed in the show is not only caring for others. There would be many negative aspects to love like quarrels, accidents and cruel decision-making. These are what "true love" was supposed to entail, not everything being smooth and happy as always.
Ultimately, love is a special feeling that let Cun Xi and Xin Yi to be together, a power binding them to be fated to love each other.
