halo 4 is either halo3 expansion { halo3:odst} or halo wars and both won't feature master cheif.
btw halo is the most overrated and hyped game ever.

people, people, come on! please do your research b4 jumping to conclusions. yes the next Halo game that is due to come out is Halo 3 ODST, & im lookin forward to the challenge it will bring. then, next year, there will be Halo: Reach. (dont believe me, then check on Gamefaqs.com or watch the trailer) as for those who dont like xbox or Halo, then please dont comment on posts like these. its just a game, u dont have to talk trash. (my opinion)

If there is going to be a new halo game it will not be made by bungie. Bungie is now at activision for ten years and the halo rights belong to Microsoft. So if there is a new halo coming '343' (the studio that was set up by Microsoft to make halo games from now on) will be the developer.
Its obvious that if Microsoft has set up a studio specifically to make halo games that there will be a new one out soon. I'm afraid that the community support that bungie gave the halo series will be lost.
