If this is the case, then what are these people thinking putting fuel as a priority than Human Hunger?!

well its not that they're a direct cause, but rather that farmers are finding it much more profitable to grow corn rather than some other staple crop, and combined with some bad events over the past couple years (crop yields falling, etc.) it all means that food prices have gone through the roof, even in countries that are heavy in agriculture.

so technically, this is just an externality of all of the recent environmental causes that you've seen lately, not that its anymore or less of a priority than fuel (which, in its own right, is pretty damn important)

You got that Right, and still the Main Priority is Human Hunger first than Fuel. We can Live plus manage without Transport, but not without Food. I'm sure you know what I mean and will agree similarly I presume.

Fuel affects the economy today. It is essential in many countries, thus making the demands of fuel(include BioFuel) increase. Lol I have stated the obvious.

It's always something. In order to solve a problem , we come up with a solution. Here comes the funny part, the solution causes another problem.

ah yep, with all the corn fields plus rainforest quarried just to plant this corns to make bio fuels is making food prices to go up,and its a shame because its a scam... they said biofuels is environment friendly but in truth it isnt... its a scheme for the big boys out there.ive read this on time magazine and was even feautured in the news..wtf is it with the obsession with fuels when we need our people to be fed..course fuel makes the business enterprises movin but its not indigestible...the people owns the land for christ sake not some big jerk tycoon.
