for me, right now - the thai movies (followed by korean).
`body #19`, `art of the devil(s)`, `the victim`, `shutter` etc.
the korean ones always have really good stories, thick plots etc.
superior film making skills.
japan hasn't put out anything really good in a long time.
the ghost girl with long hair in her face got old pretty fast.
For me I really prefer JAPAN coz thats the country that introduced me a horror movie... that tickles me and at the same time it makes me scared... heheheh really scared... I really love The grudge.... very scary and its like realistic... hehehe and then when i joined this group I didnt realized that there are some horror movies thats really great thou I still prefer Japan (does it makes me look like a bias??? heheheh ) and then I watched art of the devil 2 & 3 hehhehhe its really a great one... really love it.... and shutter and other thai and korean horror movies.. i agree to u that korean have a really good stories... hehehhe ♥♥♥

i would say thai has the best horror movie in my opinion.
the horror movies managed to frighten me.
for korean and jap, they are not my style.. too draggy and the climax of the show is always at the last fifteen minutes. i always fall asleep before the movie end.

THAI they scare me more than korean and japanese ones. and korean ones have good story but they're too slow for me to watch

if you ever went to a haunted house in japan;
whoa. gives me the creeps man.
i still remember the 'ghosts' i saw there.
