I didn't like the mangas 1st volume (that's all I read). It was very... confusing. I was like "Where's the Yaoi part really come in! ;___;" I mean if I kept reading like the second book (I never found it) it'd probably be more enjoyable then the whole introduction parts. Introductions are good to have until a certain point.

There's actually a collection of Antique Bakery Extra doujins by the author. Its where she includes the "situations" that she couldn't include in the main storyline because they would be considered to mature and...erm...raunchy? You can look them up online, I believe. Mind you though, everyone does end up boinking everyone else. Ono does it with a variety of people, including but not limited to Chikage and Tachibana. Eiji gets together with Constance the Split-Chin French Teacher, and there are some other pretty good side stories. A good read in terms of short little one-shots, just skip the few pages of "stuff" if you're not comfortable.

According to my local book store the manga is out of print in the U.S. I nearly died. But I'm trying to get ahold of the first couple of volumes now. I want to read the manga!
