Umm..Vampire Knight just has romance and angst. It doesn't have any real action and most definitely does not have comedy.

As for the question, I'd have to say Mahou Sensei Negima.

Don't make assumptions about me just because I spoke the truth about Vampire Knight you retard. I like a wide variety of anime (including harem shows). Vampire Knight is pretty much all about cheesy romance and angst, and to even say that it combines comedy, romance, and action well is insulting to the series that actually do. It's kinda funny how VK has become the Naruto of shoujo. The difference is that Naruto has decent characters and a fairly good plot.

MSN is already above VK because it actually throws action and comedy into the mix. Not only that, but the action and comedy go very well with the shoujo-romance in MSN. Furthermore, it even manages to combine fanservice with the other 3 elements. To top it all off, MSN actually has good characters and a good plot. There aren't many series out there that can bring together all these elements like MSN can.
