I say yes, its already legal in some parts of the US, plus it would help to elimanate crime and help to fix the deficit.

Yes, stop wasting taxpayer dollars trying to control drugs. Lets be honest if your into doing drugs your going to do them and they're not hard to get. And if you have an addictive personality your going to become addicted to something be it legal or not because you have deep deep issues your trying to avoid. And from the early responses it seems as if the majority of people are able make responsible choices.

yes, since Holland (where i am from) has legal soft drugs since forEVA, everythin' is peaches here~ :3
no, seriously it's proven that when it's legalised, you don't have to buy it on the streets where you could get shot/killed, second when there's soft drugs legalised nobody would go & buy illegal HARD drugs which is effin' bad for your health. And for the record, Holland is one of the country's with the least crime (fact). Infact, some prisons had to be shut down cause of the LACK of prisoners. DA FUQ~ D: ... see? :3

so DEF. YES~! :3

I agree with you. Realistly the U.S. really needs more revenue; how are we going to pay off the trillions of dollars of debt that we have accumulated.

Cigarettes are legal and are more harmful to ur body than marijuana so I don't see why it shouldn't be legalized

I say yes, as a one of the few patients under 18 it would be easier to purchase. I can also say it works so much better than bottles of pills.

If marijuana became legal it is projected that it would be a trillion dollar a year industry. It would save billions of dollars in 'the war on drugs" that the majority of Americans think is failing. Money would be saved in the prison system, where more than one third of inmates are non-violent drug offenders. The states pushing to legalization are going to tax the good by at least 25%. Marijuana was legal until the thirties, and farmers were required to grow marijuana in some of those states. The war on marijuana began due to racism against Hispanic workers; who were the actual native people of the southwest region of the country. It has also been proven that legalizing drug actually deters users, this information was found in a study conducted by Portugal after legalizing all drugs. That's pretty much why it should be legalized, or at least reclassified by now.
