Norio Wakamoto. He's an awesome guy who voice acted some of the more awesome anime characters, ever since the 80s or even older.
Keiko Toda. She's pretty old already, but she sings and can pretty much put up a sweet, womanly voice.

Paku Romi! She voices 2 of my fav. guy characters. (Ed from FMA and Hitsugaya from Bleach) She also did a good job on Teresa from Claymore. xP
