Is there really a 3rd series? If yes, give some proof to make it more believable. I love Saiunkoku Monogatari and would like a 3rd series but I'm not sure if there is one.

hmm... i think there would be... i heard some rumors that another volume of the manga will be release on october...
so..
if there will be another volume of the manga...
guess there will be a season 3..
whats more...
there are 3 short stories of it in the manga...
that wasnt captured in the anime version...

Yes but considering how little material that would be for another 39 episode season I doubt we'll be having a season 3 any time soon, so far that would make 2 new volumes if another will be released by October. And considering that one season is roughly 6 volumes and some chapters, depending on how much they cut out. Its been repeated many times there won't be a season 3 any time soon. Source material is too few to provide a new season, the short stories are indeed too short and only one new volume has been released so far well it will be two if volume 14 comes out on October.
Edit: Lest of course you want a season 3 with tons of filler eps <_<>_> *shudders*

hey guys! i really hoped that there's a 3rd season. But even if there is, we wil most probably wait for another 1 or 2 years. considering how fast the speed the author write...there are currently 13novel accompanied by 3 spin off. and the first&second season has used up all the 13novel plotline, or so.
so we have to wait wait wait:D |

huhuhuhu... how i wish there's a season 3... 'coz the ending of season 2 totally left as hanging.. i just hope the authors would continue the story... even if it takes 5 years.. i'll be willing to wait just for this story... it's the best series i have ever been addicted to.. |
