I noticed that if Dia was not changed into a X character while did others did. I wonder why. And when normal X eggs are found, they turned into normal eggs while those who hatched as a X character changes into a fancy fancy egg after they have been like polished?(was that a nice word to use?) I wonder why. Bugs me. Share your remarks!

i think it was because kukai moved up a grade and Nadeshiko went abroad. It was also the fact that she couldn't change batsu tamas as well as before. so that was basically why she got depressed...

i think it's because when there's a regular X egg it's turning into an X egg inside of them and lifts out but in Amu's case the egg came out and then turned into an X egg

Okay.... I always understood why Dia never turned as an X-character like every other X-cgaracter here's the difference:
-Dia was already born
-Normal X-characters aren't born yet.

I think that it's more to do with the fact that normal XEggs are formed when a child throws their dreams away completley. Amu already had three Charas so her dreams weren't entirely gone yet, and henceforth Dia's egg didn't go black and hatch into an ordinary X Chara.

No clue. But I think the reason why Dia turned into an X-character rather than all of them was because Amu's issues with life specifically pretained to the part of her life Dia represented, rather than that of Ran, Miki and Su. That's if I understood the question correctly.
People were saying that she wasn't being herself and she didn't know what being herself meant. That's why Dia turned into an X-character. Sure, she wasn't happy about Nadeshiko and Kukai leaving, but that was before Dia was born-as a regular character.
