Well if you watch "Dancing with the Stars", and I doubt that most of you do you'd know this but here's the story. Vincent Pastore, the actor has dropped out of the show because "When I initially committed to joining Dancing with the Stars, I didn't realize just how physically demanding it would be for me." The funny thing about this is just how demanding can it really be? I ask this because Heather McCartney is currently participating on the show with only one leg. Just how out of shape do you have to be to not be able to keep up dancing with a woman on one leg? Pastore really must be quite out of shape. Interestingly enough I hear that McCartney's favorite songs to dance to are "Lean On Me" and "At The Hop"

Anyways, whats tough in your life that you've wanted to quit but saw someone else doing it and thought twice about it?

Personally when I quit school instead of pursuing my education further I watched everyone else my age having a good time in college and went out to start a business on my own. I had a tough time with that, but it's turned out well.

^ Quitting is not part of me - i always do the risk. Time passes quickly and you'll never know what will happen unless you try. Sometimes i've been beating around the bush - cos it seems my life is pointless - it could have been bcos of my lousy decisions in the past. Well, life has to be played well - deal or no deal?

If you happen to visit my blog, my motto is there - and you'll definitely get the clear picture of what i've been talking about.

When I quit my Food And Nutrition class.

I was simply eating a hotdog and my friend was eating Curry Chicken that she learned how to cook on her own.

I felt so pathetic because I had the chance of learning how to cook with someone showing me how and I still quit the class.

Quitting...

I used to be very motivated, testing myself to see what marks I could receive in school, how involved I could be in the community, etc. I suppose I've quit a lot of things now and I'm slowly beginning to regret the decisions that I made.

I'm still pretty young though, so I have tonnes of time to realise how terrible my decisions were. Now I'm just worrying about making the right decisions so that I won't regret anything else.

"i always do the risk." hum...

Uh, nothing quite comes to mind that fit your criteria.
Closest I suppose quit studying...all the time, but thats not really something to quit, but something I don't often care to do. Also, family relationships, but hell never really wanted to quit that or I'd be out in the cold. Also, quit playing saxophone, but don't really care, not like I was good anyway. Quit playing Starcraft, which was probably a good move, but feel drawn to return at times.
Yea, so to sum up, its more about what I don't do, than what I've quit.

I have to agree. I don't remember quitting, or thinking of quitting on anything, i even had to ask my husband to jog up my memory. But nope. Why start on something and not go through with it?!?
But of course, many people have reasons to quit, be it personal or lack of something...

i cant say i've ALWAYS been steadfast in my decisions, but i dont regret anything. because you know what, i've learned something and even if you dont know for sure you always comfort yourself that its for the best in the long term anyway.

so why quit and regret it when you can quit and learn from it?
