NAME: (if it’s secret than just use your nickname or username)

GENDER:
RANK: (if you don’t know, your proably an Anime Hater*cause that’s the lowest rank*) (when you move up a rank come back and change this)
ANIME CLUBS: (if you’ve joined any, all are needed) (these r NOT anime groups on crunchyroll)
MAKER: (look below)
