I actually did not get that until in the middle of the movie when Asuka told shinji she knew what he did. But yeah when it first happened I thought he did what I thought he did, but then put it aside cause I thought it was "too messed up".

For me it's when Diva violated Riku in Blood+.

I found that very disturbing.

EVA is pretty messed up to begin with.

Maybe when Goku got killed by Raditz. That was hard to take ...

Hmm, lots of animes are disturbing in loads of different ways, for example, Elfen Lied was just disturbing all the way through lol. But to pinpoint an actual moment in an anime...

I think one of the most disturbing things was the ending of Berserk. Or Akira, with the transformation sequence at the end.

However, I actually got most disturbed, whilst watching, by a bit in Naruto. You know when the trio are in The Forest Of Death for the Chuunin Exam? The part where Orochimaru turns up, first the swallowing of the scroll (I kept imagining how freaky that must be to watch in real life) then him pulling down the skin around his eye... then you seeing a vision of Sasuke and Sakura being torn apart, one of Sakura's breasts actually explodes. And then add to that, later on, Orochi comes out of a snake. He breaks out of the skin of a snake, covered in skin juices. If I saw that in real life, I'd be so terrified and freaked out, I'd probably puke!

Its in the wrong place to be the shoulder. Its probably not ment to be her breast exploding just something hitting her in the chest. It still looks like an exploding boob IMO but that doesn't mean I believe that thats what it was supposed to be.

I would have to say the first time I watched an anime without knowing anything about it and being hit with a guy on guy scene out of no where. That freaked me out big time. I couldnt hit the stop button faster.

That was pretty funky but also when I first found out about Shino having a bunch of bugs living inside him. It was realy freaky.
