I'm sorry Vampire Knight. But in my opinion, Ouran is better. Ouran is much more funnier that Vampire Knight. Vampire Knight is too... tensed. I like funnier animes, but i love both Vampire Knight at Ouran. Sorry.

For deep plot twists, Vampire Knight.
For having a good laugh, Ouran High School Host Club.
For a crazy, complicated love triangle: Both.
I love both equally but if I had to choose which I would rather see more with a friend, I'd pick Ouran High School Host Club.
