Every angel willing to learn the language of Japanese, plz come! This will focus on the speaking and pronounciation, not really that much writing. There is a lot, but I'll post the basics for now ^^ I hope this will help a little.

Numbers:
1 - ichi | 11 - ju-ichi | 800 - hap-pyaku (the other hundreds end | 100,000,000 - ichi-oku
2 - ni | 12 - ju-ni | with "hyaku")
3 - san | 20 - ni-ju | 1,000 - sen
4 - yon | 21 - ni-ju-ichi | 3,000 - san-zen
5 - go | 30 - san-ju | 8,000 - hass-sen
6- roku | 100 - hyaku | 10,000 - ichi-man
7 - nana | 101 - hyaku-ichi | 100,000 - ju-man
8 - hachi | 200 - ni-hyaku | 1,000,000 - hyaku-man
9 - kyu | 300 - san-byaku | 2,000,000 - ni-hyaku-man
10 - ju | 600 - rop-pyaku |10,000,000 - sen-man

* Those who watch Naruto: if u remember all the Jinchuuriki, their names are based on the numbers. 4 ex: Naruto's is the Kyubi which is "nine-tails", so...Ichibi would be "one-tail", Nibi would be "two-tail", and so on. This can help u memorize the numbers 1-9.

Basic Phrases:
Good morning - ohaiyo (gozaimasu)
Good evening - konbonwa
How are you? - Ogenki desu?
I'm fine - Genkidesu
Hello - Konnichiwa
See you later - Matane
My name is ___. - Watashi no namaewa ___ desu.
I can't speak Japanese that well. - Watashiwa nihongowo amari umaku hanasemasen.
I don't know - Shirimasen
I understand - wakarimashita
Sorry- gomennasai
Really? - Honto?
Why? - Doshite?
Amazing! - Sugoi!

"good" slang & insults:
idiot - baka
goody-goody - iikoburikko
loser - haisha, (in life) rakugosha
loony - ki no kurutta
sick (sense of humor) - burakku yumoa
wicked - ijiwaru
dumb - usunoro
brat - gaki
hick - inakamono
gay, fag, homosexual - homo

swearing, cursing, etc. if u go to Japan one day, & u see these angry people shouting at u, i wonder wat they're saying

.............................................November- juichigatsu
.............................................December- junigatsu

Grammer: (thanks to Allarin)
"desu" ~ means "is", used at the end of the sentence, it can also mean "am", "are", etc.

"masu" ~ used right after the verb
"masen" ~ negative form of "masu"
"mashta" ~ past tense of "masu"
"masen deshita" ~ negative past tense of "masu"

The form of the verb before a form of "masu" changes depending on the verb. This is complicated, so I suggest that you go somewhere where it can be explained better than I can.

Ex. "miru" means "to see", to put it in a sentence, it would be "mi-(form of "masu")"
However it is different if you use "kouro", meaning "to run", it would be "kouri-(form of "masu")

ga - indicates the subject
.........ex: This is my (tree). ► Kore ga watashi no (ki) des.
wa - points out the topic
.........ex: I'm an (artist). ► Watashi wa (gaka) des.
no - possessive
.........ex: Sayuka's (sword). ► Sayuka-san no (katana).
e - indicates location
.........ex: I'm going to (hell). ► (Jigoku) e iki mas.
o - indicates object
.........ex: I killed a (bug). ► (Mushi) o korosu mashta.
*the mashta makes a verb past tense, "korosu" means kill, so "mashta" is lik "ed"

Word Order:
In English, it usually goes: subject-verb-object
In Japanese, it usually goes: subject-object-verb
ex: I need a (pencil).
Watashi wa (enpitsu) ga hitsuyo des.

Ethnicities:
Japan/Japanese (person) - Nihon/ Nihon-jin
America/ American (person) - Amerika/ Amerika-jin
China/Chinese (person) - Chugoku/ Chugoku-jin
England/English (person) - Ingurando/ Ingurando-jin
France/French (person) - Furansu/ Furansu-jin
Italy/Italian (person) - Itaria/ Itaria-jin
Ireland/Irish (person) - Airurando/ Airurando-jin
Iran/Iranian (person) - Iran/ Iran-jin
Poland/Polish - Porando/ Porando-jin
Denmark/Danish - Denmaku/ Denmaku-jin
So, basically add "jin" after the country if you're talking about a person.
Add "go" when you're talking about a language. Ex: Nihon-go
They all kinda sound the same so it shouldn't be too hard lol

Know the Elements!
