Impressions on this anime?: SHARE!!!

Right now I am actually thinking this series will be better then Eureka Seven, if things keep going like they currently are. I loved Eureka Seven but it was a bit of a slow series, usually developing ideas and fleshing out characters with whole episodes devoted to them. Xam'd so far has gotten more done in its episode even while skipping about, I mean at this point in Eureka Seven they had just encountered the Corelalian for the first time and had a sort of dream episode inside.

Both are great series but I think I will personally like this better then Eureka 7 when all things are done. Which is shocking because I love Eureka Seven, flaws and all.

Since its from the guys who made Eureka Seven, lets hope it will have a good ending..I mean Furuichi is already gone which is sad that he should have kill the soldiers and be the cool guy..since he has come to his senses already..like plan to save Haru and all while waiting for Yuki to come back.

I dont want...I really hope...this wont end up a new twist and different from Eureka Seven where instead of good ending...they shock us with a bad ending(Alot of animes are doing this this days). To me if any thing happens to the main suspect Haru, Haru's little sis and either or both of Yuki's parents during from next episode 16 to 26..it would be one of the following kinda ending. Sad/Happy ending, Sad/Bad ending or what ever it might be as long theres going to have some big emotion thing.

My main suspect of the road to the ending would be that they use Haru's little sis for something like experiment Xam'd, than Haru freak out on her little sis and/or what ever something bad happen to her like an accident(explosion, bullet shot, stab by something, etc).

Hope it be good that it ends up Haru X Yuki but from where the anime is going and what the is it till now..I dont know already. It might be his dead and all and that Haru and Nakiami alife in the end. Than again..theres also the possibility no one ends up with anyone, Yuki could still be alife in the end..Haru might be dead and Yuki being deverstating over this problem and Nakiami might be back with the Zanbani or something else.

DAM I keep saying Haru being dead when here I DONT want anything to happen to her until I see a good ending with her still around... haiz.

Good thing this is only a 26 episode series..I cant take it anymore the way the author is treating Haru like some soon to be plaything for some jack ass. And I too dont want to see Haru's little sis be in that mad wheel chair doc's human use for experiment. Poor Shidara lost her family and that shitty doc turn her into a Xam'd for what ever purpose. Haru can fight good, she should come to her senses and beat the crap out of the female officer and that perverted officer and get her little sis and hide or get out of the country.

Cant wait for the next episode 16. As of the above mention hope nothing is going to happen to Haru and her little sis as shown in the preview.

The thing is, I suspect that Haru and possibly her sister are at least part Tessik or related to them some how.

Haru was able to understand Akiyuki right after his transformation, was able to see the tower when that one Humanform got lose and if the flashback to her mother's death is accurate might have an affinity for communicating with spirits. So I am thinking there is more to her other then just being a loyal girl next door. And if her sister is the same way, along with the possibility of being a Xam'd (cast on since the accident), then yeah trouble is probably still in the cards for Haru and family.


Although I am expecting a darker ending compared to Eureka Seven. The overall tone of this series kind of demands it.

Its weird because i usually dont watch animes like this one i usually watch ones with alot more comedy so im really glad that i like it.

you guys don't even have to ask, everyone thinks that this is similar to to eureka seven. Besides they have the same producers as eureka seven.

Wow..Studio Ghibli being classical and old? And I thought ones released in 60's and 70's are considered classic. 20 years from now, this animation will become classic too, I hope... Anyway, a lot of ex-Ghibli animators joined the Bones to make this animation. So animation quality is unrivaled in TV animation production. To me, some of the designs reminded me of Ghibli early fantasy films like Nausicaa and Laputa.
