I was thinking about this. But since I believe that the hair is on the bottom of the layers, you could attach the skin tone to the hair. Whether or not it's approved is the true question here

I'm not saying creating ANOTHER avatar, but an option to change the color of the avatar. |

Gaiaonline.com can do it. So I'm sure Crunchyland can too. I also see problems with the layering process? Some things overlap and look really messy. When I created my items. I made them to match those particular items. And made sure they don't overlap. But... It doesn't mean it won't overlap others. I like Crunchy cause we can creat our own items unlike Gaia. But it still needs some work. And items take a long time to get approved. Not to mention nerfed massively.

I did see in the Neko section. Someone did make different skins for them. And they got approved. Though.. it takes up equipable options. Sorry I'm not much help..
