How many languages can you speak in total????

Fluently? English

I took Russian for 4 years in high school. But God knows I barely remember any of it since I don't use it frequently (Honestly there is little to no need except with a few of my online friends from over there.)

That's the problem, they teach you, but when it's languages that are spoken by less than 5% of a population, do they REALLY expect you to retain any of it more than 2 years out of school?
I use music (Lots of russian music groups) to help me keep the very little bit I still have.
But honestly if I tried to hold a conversation, I'd likely make the person think I had severe mental disorders due to the fact I'd likely skip 1 out of every 2 words I wanted to say. :p
