Weapon: A claw like Vega from Street Fighter on his left hand

Power: can drift into and out of shadows

Past: born in 1844, he was originally trained to be an assassin beginning at the age of 5 by the Chinese government. After becoming too deadly, the government had tried to kill him at the age of 19. After that he became a freelance killer and eventually becoming a mercenary. He was captured by the Japanese government and many experiments were done on him. after an experiment to increase his strength, his heart gave out and assumed he dies. They threw him out into the ocean. After washing ashore he discovered he had no skin, so he wraps his body in bandages everyday and wears a black hooded cloak to prevent people from noticing his disability. after what would have been his 36th birthday he ended up killing a Taiwanese mage who cursed him and made him immortal to all things except light, which burns him instintly destroying that part of the body. Unable to walk in the light his travels brought him to eastern Asia, (around northern Russia) there he contracted to kill a vampire but in the fight was bitten and gained the ability to walk in and out of shadows..

Despite what things happen will always be at the scene to help out. Helps others in need. Never gambles and most of the time luck is not on his side.
