Tag!

I live in Germany, as kyu correctly said. I've been living in Duesseldorf for the last 3 years, and have been learning German for around 5 years.
I think Germany is a really cool place!
Duesseldorf claims the "largest Japanese population in a single town outside of Japan", which is really cool, cause there's a Japanese shoping street for getting Japanese food, manga, J-rock... almost anything want. It is a little expensive though.

If anyone wants to PM me in German I am more than willing to try out my terrible grammar upon them.

I always wondered what the German take on Japanese mangakas take on Germany. Like in Monster or in Pumpkin Scissors. Do German kids grow up watching anime like kids elsewhere?

Yeah, well; Anime and random Disney cartoons, and something about a crocodile called "Schnappi - das kleine Krokodil" (Snappy - the little crocodile).
There's also something called "Pipi Longstockings" which appears to be popular. And Spongebob is really "big" here.

Well, i can't tell you i'm german, but i do live in Germany. In like 40 minutes away from Düsseldorf.

Würd mich aber auch freuen mit paar von euch bekantschaften zu schließen

I live close to Germany. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy stuff at the supermarket there than in Holland.
Even my best friend is German, but whatever... I don't know what to talk about Germany.
