Ok guys before i start, note, that it is impossible in real life to make a ball NOT bounce. Therefore, moves like Zero shiki drop shot are impossible. Yes you can have a drop shot that bounces backwards, but it will not just simply land, and roll backwards.
There are also many shots that are theoretically possible, but are not within human capabilities, therefore i will also label these as not possible.
Twist serve: completely possible, many people can do it, only it does not bounce to the degree of echizen's
Drive B: errr.. wtf, you cant really slide on the court like that, other than that, if you apply a lot of top spin to a shot with relatively low power, this is possible
Drive A/D: both completely possible.. just smashes pretty much
Someone earlier said that they performed a boomerang snake, this move is not possible in real life. If there is a wide shot, yes you can put enough side spin to make it rotate back in, of course with correct angle of hitting the ball, but it is not possible to make it rotate out and then back in. Kaidoh starts his hit in the signles court, and that is not possible to start from there in real life.
The original snake shot is ocmpletely possible though
Kikumaru is technically all possible, if you have a good enough acrobat who happens to play tennis as well.
Moon volley is quite an easy shot as well. Just a deep topspin lob.
There is no such thing as synchro in real life.
As many people have said before, dunk smash is entirely possible, just not possible to jump as high as momoshiro.
Hadoukyu is also impossible in the fact that you should be flexing your arm the whole time anyways, and it is impossible to suddenly grow more muscles for one shot.
Data tennis, yes people usually hit with certain styles thus having certain patterns which can be predicted.
Tezuka zone is impossible, as i said earlier zero shiki is also impossible
because the above two are impossible, that also makes tezuka phantom and zero shiki serve impossible
all of fujis moves are impossible =)
and there, i believe i covered most if not all of the seigaku players

Onto hyoutei
Koori no sekai is not possible. This is the world of ice move that atobe uses to see the dead spots of his opponents.
Rondo to destruction is possible with amazing accuracy, although anyone else would rather just smash to a corner. Preetty useless move in real life.
Tanhauser serve is not possible... remember, no bounce = not possible
Mimicking people like Kabaju does is possible, just hope you have enough power, flexibility, skill, and speed to copy anyone.
Jiro's volleys are also very possible
Oshitari, doesnt really have many special moves, his acronym moves such as SSAS are all just comboing regular moves together that work well.
Moon salute i am pretty sure is impossible because of how high you would need to jump and at the same time it is not very special shot. He only hits the ball upside down instead of right side up... wtf ig uess good for a show, but not for a match
Shishido's rising is what people have been doing for like the whole of the history of tennis...
ATTENTION: speed serve's like choutaro's scud serve is pretty much a serve any pro could do. At 200km/h, that comes out to be 124 mph. The average pro's first serve is 130 mph and average second serve is 100mph.
I dont really understand what enbu tennis is so i did some research and found that all it is, is adding martial arts into tennis in which case is very possible.
and that covers hyotei

btw this is going to be my last one abour Rikkaidai because i felt Seigaku, hyotei and rikkaidai were the three main schools of the show. If there are any requests though, i will do them gladly.
Yuukimura is totally bs... you canot take away people's senses from playing tennis unless you like hit them in the ear so hard, it breaks their eardrum.
sorry, no invisible swings either or super human footwork that will allow you to reach any ball. Besudes that, the other parts of Fuurin Kazan are very possible, such as "be still like the mountain" or somthin like that, is just going on the defense or silent like the forest, is just a really good drop shot.
yanagi is same as inui with data tennis
devil akaya. ok yes when some people get mad, they play better, some people dont.. in any case, it is possible to play better when your mad such as devil akaya
akaya's phantom ball is totally off. The spin he puts which is a right side spin will bounce just like a backhand slice shot. in other words, it would continue to bounce farther away from the backhand side, rather than moving to the forehand side of a left handed player.
personally, i dont really know if golf can be incorporated into tennis like yagyuu does, although i personalyl do not think it would work
Tight rop walking is total bs, no one, not even roger federer can aim for that kind of shot.
Niou, just another copy cat
And finally Jackal has very solid swings like agassi who was a very solid player
