I just kept feeling worse and worse while approaching the end because I knew certain things happened, not because of the stuff at the very end but because of how Makoto treated every other character. It made me feel emotionally sick.

I haven't learned anything from it since i never actually watched it. Once i knew what the ending was about thanks to curiosity i will never watch that anime in my lifetime. I hate bad endings and men who are pigs and cheat on the ones they love. That being said i almost watched it because it was supposedly a romance. Sure doesn't make me think of romance honestly.
