I would say Okami... especially considering you have to draw to advance. The art is beautiful and constantly changing.

agreed on Okami, i would say Locoroco as well, it has a really colorful bright atmosphere and artistic feel to it, even in the music, ive never handed the game to a person and not see them smile when there playing it.

Okami it's perfect in almost every aspect and the movement is beautiful.

edit: and as artistic can mean everything from graphics to music to cutscenes I say Final Fantasy any because of the awesome music

personally I prefer the CG of FFX... this game drew me back to the FF franchise
